Washington Post: A teenager is facing a year in jail and a $2500 fine for recording a 20 second clip of a film in a cinema, in order to get her brother hyped up to go and see it too. Some of the folk in the entertainment business certainly know how to overreact. Personally I can't see how it can be good business practice to terrorise a long term loyal customer who was interested in promoting your product.
